Layerroom

The canvas becomes shared territory.

What it is

A structured design studio where people and agents edit the same file through the same operations.

How it works

Artboards remain editable, actions remain inspectable, and the exported frame comes from the same composition you can see.

The room

Layerroom is a design studio built around one rule: there is exactly one way to change a design, and everyone uses it. A person dragging a layer, an agent executing a brief, and a script applying a brand all write the same operations to the same file.

That rule sounds like plumbing. It is the whole product. It is why an agent's edit can be reviewed like a colleague's, why nothing gets flattened, and why what you see is what exports.

Inside Layerroom

01

Artboards that stay alive

Carousels, thumbnails, and custom boards where text keeps its styling, groups keep their structure, and nothing collapses into a bitmap until export.

02

What you see is what ships

Editor preview and exported file are measured against each other, with sub one percent pixel difference on test boards. Exports come out as images, vectors, or print-ready pages.

03

Brand as data

Brand packs bind colours and type to layers. Edit the token and the design follows, which is how one system serves many brands without forking.

04

A design team inside

Named agent roles research, art-direct, execute, and review inside the same file, through the same operations a person uses.

05

A quality gate that does math

Before any design claims finished, a mechanical gate checks contrast arithmetic, minimum type sizes, safe margins, and overflow. Taste stays human; the floor is enforced.

06

Generation lands editable

Image generation and background removal arrive as layers inside the composition, ready to keep editing.

The rule it runs on

One way to change anything.

Every edit, human or agent, is an atomic batch of operations through a single path, with provenance attached. A design made this way can always answer the question: who changed this, and why.

In the current build

  • Building

Importing board sets from the older builders it replaces.

  • Building

A larger illustration and motion-asset library.

Space feeds the world.

Layerroom gives every show and client a visual system that can keep moving. Thumbnails, covers, and campaign boards come from here and travel through the same review gates as everything else.
