World / 04 / Flow
Opsroom
A brief becomes an observable flow.
The emerging operating layer connecting client work from first brief through review and delivery.
People, agents, clients, and systems meet through one operating path with consequential outward actions still human-controlled.
Active build
The room
Opsroom is the studio's operating system in the literal sense: clients, projects, deliverables, sign-off, invoicing, files, and the publishing schedule in one place, with one way for anything to change.
It is the youngest room and it is being built in public view of the rest of the world: the production core is online and the edges are still arriving.
Inside Opsroom
One operating path
Everything the studio owes anyone lives as structured state, and the interface, the command line, agents, and the client portal all change it through the same door.
The outbox gate
Nothing outward sends itself. Emails, invoices, and posts queue with a full preview and wait for a person to approve. Agents can draft everything and release nothing.
A portal for clients
Clients sign in with a link, see their work, review it, and approve it, with their decisions recorded in the same system the studio runs on.
Agents as staff
Work can be posted as tasks that agents claim and execute, with exactly one claimer per task and scoped access, like any other member of staff.
Sacred source files
Media is read in place and catalogued, and originals are never modified. Nothing is marked safe to remove until a verified copy exists in the archive.
The rule it runs on
The send button is human.
The whole system is designed so agents can prepare every consequential action and no consequential action fires without a human. That boundary lives in the architecture itself: the send button is a different door than the draft button.
In the current build
- Building
Live platform connections for scheduled publishing.
- Building
The full end-to-end acceptance run, twice, with different clients.
- Building
Absorbing the older business tooling it replaces.
Flow feeds the world.
Opsroom is where the other three rooms meet the outside: the cut from Cutroom, the board from Layerroom, and the memory from Agent OS become a deliverable a client approves and an invoice that follows.
